Getting started
How do I install Mango Player on Fire Stick or Android TV?
Open our official Install on TV on your phone. It provides the link and steps to install the Mango Player APK on Android TV or Fire Stick.
Does Mango Player provide content?
No. Mango Player is a media player. You need your own playlists or content sources (M3U, Xtream Codes, etc.). We do not provide, resell or recommend any content.
Which playlist formats are supported?
Mango Player natively supports M3U and M3U8 playlists and the Xtream Codes API. Simply paste your M3U URL or enter your Xtream Codes credentials — channels, films and series are imported automatically. The programme guide appears when your source provides compatible EPG data.
Account & devices
How do I use Mango across my devices?
Use the same account to access your profiles, favourites and viewing progress on compatible devices. The source you add may have its own limits on simultaneous connections.
Do AirPlay and Chromecast work with all my content?
Yes. AirPlay will support live TV, replay, films and series in the iPhone/iPad version being prepared; Chromecast supports the same content from the currently compatible apps, with picture and sound. The receiver and local network must be compatible.
Does the app work on Fire Stick and Smart TVs?
Yes, on Android TV devices, including Fire Stick, Chromecast with Google TV and Nvidia Shield. The interface is designed for a remote and D-pad. The Apple TV version is still in preparation.
How is Mango Player different from other players?
Mango no longer makes you choose. Stability, smooth playback, a rich interface, TV, phone, tablet, computer, offline downloads, AirPlay and Chromecast work together in one experience. Cross-device resume, TV QR sign-in, global search and Clap extend that same promise.

Is Mango Player free?
Yes. During the beta, all Mango Player features are free, with no payment card required.
No purchases are currently available. If paid plans are offered later, their prices, terms and refund policies will be clearly displayed before taking effect.
Is Mango Player compatible with legal M3U and Xtream Codes playlists?
Yes. Mango Player plays M3U and M3U8 playlists and Xtream Codes sources, along with their EPG guides. Stream compatibility naturally depends on its format and the device used. Mango Player provides no content: users remain responsible for the sources they add and for respecting the applicable rights.
Does Mango offer a free playlist or catalogue?
No. Mango Player is a player only. It does not provide, host, recommend or list any channels, playlists, IPTV sources, subscriptions or audiovisual works. Each user adds their own source and must hold the necessary rights.
What are the user’s responsibilities?
Mango Player is a tool — like VLC, Kodi or any other media player. Users are solely responsible for the content they choose to play. By using Mango Player, you declare that you hold the necessary rights for the sources you add. We do not provide, host or distribute any audiovisual content.
