1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the Mango Player application (hereinafter "the Application"), a multimedia player that allows users to play their own M3U playlists and Xtream Codes streams.
Mango Player is a multimedia player only. We do not provide, host, or distribute any audiovisual content. Users are solely responsible for the content they choose to watch through the Application.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Application.
3. User Responsibility
The user acknowledges and agrees that:
- They are solely responsible for the content they access through their own playlists and streams
- They must have the necessary legal rights to access the content they watch
- Mango Player cannot be held responsible for illegal or unauthorized use of protected content
- They agree to comply with the laws and regulations in force in their country of residence
- They must not use the Application for illegal or unauthorized purposes
4. Disclaimer — No Content Provided
Mango Player does NOT provide audiovisual content. The Application is a technical tool for playing media streams provided by the user themselves. We do not offer playlists, IPTV servers, or content in any form.
The user must obtain their own M3U playlists or Xtream Codes credentials from legal and authorized sources.
5. User Accounts
5.1 Account Creation
The use of certain features of the Application requires the creation of an account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
5.2 Account Security
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity carried out from your account is your responsibility.
5.3 Account Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the Application settings or by contacting us at contact@mangoplayer.app. We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account in case of violation of these Terms.
6. Pricing and Subscriptions
6.1 Available Plans
Mango Player offers several subscription plans:
- Free trial: 7 days with full access (watermark on the player)
- Monthly: $1.99 per month
- Yearly: $13.99 per year
- Lifetime: $19.99 one-time payment
6.2 Automatic Renewal
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
6.3 Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all subscriptions. To request a refund, contact us at contact@mangoplayer.app with your order number.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Application (source code, design, logos, trademarks) belong to Mango Player. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.
You retain all rights to your own data (playlists, viewing history, preferences).
8. Limitation of Liability
Mango Player provides the Application "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The Application will function without interruption or error
- All playlist formats will be compatible
- Third-party streams will function correctly
To the extent permitted by law, Mango Player shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application.
9. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Application available 24/7. However, we reserve the right to temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance, updates, or in case of force majeure.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any substantial changes by email or in-app notification.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
