Delete your Mango account

Official web-accessible process

Delete directly from your account

  1. Open My account → Security and sign in.
  2. Select “Permanently delete my account”.
  3. Enter the requested confirmation word. Your session is then closed.

Deletion covers your account, profiles, synced sources, devices, preferences, favourites and associated viewing history. It cannot be undone.

Cannot sign in?

Email your request from the account address to contact@mangoplayer.app. We verify ownership before processing it.

Temporary retention

The account and its active data are deleted immediately after confirmation. Logs strictly required for security or incident handling may be kept separately for the period described in our Privacy Policy. If Apple is unavailable when deletion occurs, only the encrypted Apple token needed for revocation may remain in a technical outbox for up to 30 days, without keeping the Mango account active. A residual copy may remain in a local backup for no more than 14 days; it is not used to recreate the account.
