Delete directly from your account

1. Open My account → Security and sign in.
2. Select “Permanently delete my account”.
3. Enter the requested confirmation word. Your session is then closed.

Deletion covers your account, profiles, synced sources, devices, preferences, favourites and associated viewing history. It cannot be undone.

Cannot sign in?

Email your request from the account address to [email protected]. We verify ownership before processing it.

Temporary retention

After deletion has been effectively validated, the account and its active data are removed from the active database. Logs strictly required for security or incident handling may be kept separately for the period described in our Privacy Policy. If Apple is unavailable at deletion time, only the encrypted Apple token needed for revocation may remain in a technical outbox until revocation succeeds, without keeping the Mango account active. A residual copy may remain in backups for their configured retention period; it is not used to recreate the account.
